Jack O’Lantern Soup
Melt margarine in a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Add pumpkin and cook, stirring frequently, 4 minutes. Stir in broth, seasoned salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Brain Cell Salad
Prepare jello according to package directions. Chill 4-5 hours or until firm.
Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl. Add blueberry pie filling to the cottage cheese and mix well.
To serve salad, place a few spoonfuls of firm gelatin (congealed brain fluid) onto individual serving plates. Top with a scoop of cottage cheese mixture (brain tissue) and serve.
